A citation needs a thumb-sized door

A Skill finding needs a direct source link that is easy to use on a phone, without hiding the full memory or its limits.

The small number after a REM Skill finding points to an archived source. On a phone, that number was easy to see but hard to tap. View sources offered a larger route into the page's evidence, yet it made the reader leave the exact claim they wanted to check.

A cited Skill finding now has a row of larger numbered source links directly under its lead statement. Each opens the corresponding archived original. Several links wrap on narrow screens. The existing View sources action and Full memory stay available, so the short lead is still a way into the record rather than a substitute for it.

The keyboard focus ring is visible against the dark lead card. If a finding is marked personal or sensitive, hiding labelled passages hides its direct links too. This is a reader change; the source text and written memory are unchanged.

We checked an invented Skill and one read-only real Skill sample at phone and desktop widths. The preview notes describe the bounded check. A larger tap target helps a reader reach the original; it does not verify the finding for them.
